Correction Notice
We are mortified to inform you that the recipe Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins stands in need of correction. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes and will punish duly whomever whose fault it is - which definitely is not ours!!
Here is the correction:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter and white sugar in a mixing bowl. Mash the bananas with a fork or a blender. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and peanut butter to the creamed mixture.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
4. For regular sized muffins: bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes (or until lightly browned). Do not overbake or they will become dry. Mini muffins: bake in preheated oven for approximately 13 minutes.
